Will the SkT T1 Skins ever be available again?

I have no idea. I do know that if I could change any one thing about League, it would be the skin section of the store. Just put two sentences in explaining how or why something is unavailable. Is it never available again? Is it seasonal? Do I have to fulfill some requirement as a player? Must I be chosen by the Great Pumpkin? How am I ever supposed to know? That tab of the store is SO frustrating. All I'm trying to do is throw money at you, Riot. Work with me.

I don't know either but honestly I hope so mostly because I owned Zed since before the skins came out but since I couldn't use him well I didn't get the skin, but now all of a sudden I mastered him pretty nicely and want to get me a skin for him, specifically the SKT T1 skin.

They'll come back during the All Star tournament when they release the once for the 2014 World Championship.
