Abilities:

Passive: Crit damage is reduced to 20% additional damage, but abilities also have a chance to crit just like autos. Crit chance modifiers are half as impactful.

Q: A thin line skillshot with a 12s cooldown. The skillshot has two sections to it's range(like Camille's tactical sweep(W)), the first half of the range will pass through targets doing 70 / 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 (+10% bonus AD) physical damage while also shredding 10% (+2% per 100 AP) armor to every champion and tower it hits. The first half does 60% reduced damage to minions. The second half does 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+40% bonus AD) to the first target it hits(not towers). Total range is 2000. Cost: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 mana

W: A ground targeting AOE with a range of 1500. The radius is 250. 10s cooldown. The AOE is actually 5 small AOEs inside the area, spaced out like the 5 side of a six sided die. Each "shot" does 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 / 260 (+55% bonus AD) physical damage with the middle "shot" does an additional 25% damage. All shots landing after a .2s delay, with an indicator of where they will land. The ability slows targets for 10% (+8% per 100 AP) for 1.5s. If the ability crits, it instead stuns for .5s +(.25s per 150 AP), and slowing for the remaining duration. Each "shot" crits individually. Cost: 80 mana

E: Passive: Each successive auto that crits on the same champ grants a stack. For each stack, your next auto will do an additional 1% / 1%/ 2%/ 2%/ 3% additional max health magic damage. Stacks are applied on the same auto they are gained on, and all stacks are lost if you use an auto and don't crit, or if the crit is on a different target than previous.

Active: Line skillshot with a width of roughly 100 units, length 1250. Cooldown of 10/ 9.5 / 9 / 8.5 / 8 seconds. 80 / 145 / 120 / 185 / 250 (+30% bonus AD). Applies on-hit effects(on-hit damage does not crit). Ally champions that the skillshot passes through grant a physical shield 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+30% AP). Cost: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100

R: A buff field of radius 500 appears around the champion for 4 / 5 / 6 seconds. Cooldown 160 / 140 / 120 The field increases all allies crit chance(including yourself) by 10% (+2% per 150 AP) as well as their crit damage by 10% (+2% per 100 AP). Cost: 125

Thematics/lore stuffs: I think the champion best fits as a Piltover champ with a hextech ranged weapon of sorts, although I have also entertained the idea of it being a treant that is maybe shooting living creatures at the enemy(or something along that train of thought). Name: Jeremy the Bashful Shadow with a fancy hat(just because my friends asked me to)

we already have kindred
