Valeeva, The Iron Wall [Champion Concept]
First off, this is a champion design I made that was based on Varus' sister Valeeva. I did a bit of research but I'm not sure if I read everything that she was part of. This is also a concept that assumes she would be one of the 5 Darkin and therefor would be a playable champion.
As for the lore on how she became a reincarnated "Darkin" that we know is in the game, I figured she could be of vastayan blood. Part of the Oovi-Kat tribe. For those who love the lore, I wanted to give Valeeva a unique spin on what she corrupted and possessed to come back. I love coming up with stories but, I dont know enough about the Oovi-Kat tribe to make something up seeing as it was just released with Neeko.

Valeeva carries 2 halves of a large rounded kite shield that she sharpened at the point, and wields each half as arm blades strapped to her arms (think talon). She is a little taller than neeko standing straight, and has a rough and strong build. Her hair is pure white and wavy that stretches down to the middle of her back. Her bangs are pulled back and flow back with the rest of her hair, while the hair in front of her ears is braided with purple-green gems at the ties. Her face is thin with purple-green speckles scattered on her cheeks and thin nose down to her rounded jaw. Her sharp almond eyes glow green. She smiles sharply with thin pink-purple lips. Her ears stretch out and up into points. She wears thin plate armor over her chest and stomach leading down to a thick fabric purple waist cape that stretches down to a few inches above the ground. Her shoulders, neck, and back, are exposed showing green barbs laying flat that cover her skin like armor. Her tail stretching through a hole in the waist cape, is covered in the same barbs flowing all they way down to a split at the end of the tail each end housing a large spearhead looking stinger. The same plate mail covers her forearms up to her biceps with hard leather at the elbow joint. Her legs both covered in the plate mail from her waist down to her feet with hard leather at the knee joints and the ankles.
Now as for stats and abilities, I went with using her shield as both a weapon as well as its intended purpose, a shield. I wanted to add something that made her Vastayan background show through so I figured maybe venom would work if she was some sort of snake/venomous spiny reptile. Back to her Stats and abilities.

Passive: Venom Overflow
Passive: Valeeva gradually accumulates venom into her tail. Upon storing venom for (16/12/8s at levels (1/7/13) and is not effected by CDR) her next basic attack against an enemy champion or monster will become ranged (Range: 500) and launch this venom at the target dealing (20-190 (based on level) + 2.5/3.5/4.5% of Valeeva's max health) magic damage over 3s.
Q: The Darkin Shield: (CD: 14/13/12/11/10s) (Mana Cost: 70/75/80/85/90)
Active: Valeeva slashes in an upside down V pattern in front of her (tip of V is at 175 range), dragging all enemies hit diagonally behind her and dealing (50/90/130/170/210 + 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% of the targets maximum health) magic damage. Enemies hit by the tip of the V are dragged to the side closest to them and stunned for 1s at the end of the drag.
The cooldown of Venom Overflow and The Darkin Shield are reduced by .5s every time Valeeva performs a basic attack.
W: Umbral Flash: (Range: 3000) (CD: 60/55/50/45/40s) (Mana Cost: 60 (120))
Active: Target an ally in a large radius. Valeeva combines her shield halves back into a single shield and sends it flying to the target ally. (shield flies at a speed of 1500) Upon reaching the targeted ally, the ally is granted a (7.5-15% of Valeeva's max health based on distance traveled) damage shield for 2s.
Valeeva is then able to recast the ability (for the same mana cost within 3s of the shield reaching its target) to dash to the shielded ally.
If the ally is within a certain range (Range: 750), the ally is shielded for the minimum shield strength and the ability is put onto an 8s cooldown instead.
E: Venom Drive: (CD: 10s) (Mana Cost: 50/55/60/65/70)
Passive: Enemies affected by Venom Overflow are slowed by (10/15/20/25/30% + (2% per 50 AP) over the duration of Venom Overflow.
Active: Valeeva's next basic attack gains bonus attack range (Bonus range: 100), deals (10/40/70/100/130 + 40% AP) bonus magic damage, and lunges to the target stabbing them with her tail. Additionally, if Venom Overflow is available, the lunge distance is increased (Range: 500) and the damage from Venom Overflow will be dealt instantly along with rooting the target for 1s. This resets her basic attack timer. This ability cannot critical strike.
R: Iron Rampart: (Range: 450) (CD: 140/120/100s) (Mana Cost: 100)
Active: Valeeva roots herself and creates a large number of copies of her shield that spin in a ring around her, (Displaying the effective range, animation would take around .1s) then begins channeling for 3s. During this time she grants an accumulating (1.5/2/2.5% of Valeeva's max health) damage shield every .25s to allies within the circle while dealing the same damage plus (100% AP) over the duration as magic damage to enemies in the circle.
Additionally, if Venom Overflow is available, she will consume Venom Overflow and apply it to all enemies that enter the radius at any point during the channel. Enemies can only be affected by one instance of venom overflow.
During this channel, Valeeva becomes unstoppable and can only end the channel early by moving. The shield persists for 1s after leaving the range or 1s after the channel ends. whichever is first.
Max Shield amount: 18%/24%/30% of Valeeva's max health over the full 3s duration.
