If you pause the video, the "O" in project turns into an M, then a Z. Might be project master yi, or project zed.

Yeah the head design doesn't look at all like Zed to me. Fits more of Rengars shape.

Yasuo* doesn't have a specific design in that aspect... he's a samurai with a generic Asian look, you can't really compare that. Zed DOES have a shape and look due to the outfit that he already wears. Besides, as of now it's confirmed there are indeed 5 skins coming so, it's not to say it's one or the other alone.
