Should Riot add a loan system

There are many times i want to buy a expensive champion but i cant afford it at that time. This is why riot should add a banking system to allow players to take loans for champion. Players could progress faster in the game. Of course players would then be in debt after taking a loan for a champion. players could pay off loans with some interest. 10% would be good in my opinion but this could be changed. With a system like this players could add a more diverse champion to there pool thus creating more meta shifts and new metas
