Guerrilla The Rebel King
Summary: Guerrilla is my First Marksman concept. He is built to be amazing in hit and run with great engage and disengage, High damage output, and kiting potential. He is squishy even for ADC Standards and does not do well if he gets caught out. With proper timing and synergy you can kill the enemy ADC and turn upon the enemy Support not a split second after words.
Strength: Guerrilla is very mobile and his abilities allow him to attack without that much retaliation. That and his ability to engage and disengage will allow him to play aggressively. Weakness: While he has a decent disengage he can get caught out still if not careful. He also has low Base HP making him quite squishy if he does get caught out.
Backstory: The letter came in stabbed on a soldier, dying on my floor, I took the letter and dealt mercy to the soldiers. as I opened it I noticed the name. “Guerrilla...” It was a familiar name, one that he knew but could not touch upon. “Noxus was a powerful city state, who won battles with legendary generals. Now it’s run by bureaucratic cowards and corrupt leaders leading meat hulks. Even Sion, a legend of Noxus in it’s prime, has been twisted for their own purpose, and yet even he knows their weakness. Whether they strike at their own kin in fear of their greater strength, or soften up it’s inhabitants who had their strength. I could no longer stand such filth degrading the name of Noxus, so I took matters into my own hands. As Noxian forces prepared a raid on a small village, one that still held the old Noxian ways. While they expected themselves to be fighting a village off guard, I had already rallied the Militia. By the time you are done reading this I have decimated your forces within the outside areas of Noxus, killed off your retreating men, and have shown the faults in your rule, you forgot the forms of strength beyond Brawn and Brain. Lord Swain, You killed my Uncle, now you will die.” I knew who I had upset now, I doubled my guards and kept Beatrice close. He knew her importance to me as my Familiar. Physical Description: White Male ,Tall lean figure with green eyes that have grim stare, short black hair wearing a dark heavy leather attire and wielding a Repeater Crossbow.
Mental Description: He is a tactical genius that could rival Swain’s. His attitude is generally serious but not to an extreme extent. He can laugh and has a decent sense of humor but when it’s business he means it.
Voice: He has a fairly young a charming voice

Abilities Passive: Run and Gun: For every 35% bonus AS Guerrilla gains 5 MS. Guerrilla can double click an enemy unit in auto attack range to mark them with Run and Gunned, making him able to move while auto attacking them but with 30% MS reduction. as well as only being able to auto attack the target. If the marked target run out of range the effect will be canceled. Cooldown: Flat 1.5 sec
Q: Lightning Dash: Guerilla dashes in target direction (Range: 410). When he reaches the end of the dash, he will fire a fast moving bolt (Size:100) in the opposite direction from where he dashed, dealing 250/300/350/400/450 (+.75 AD) physical damage to the first target it hits and then passing through dealing 5% reduced physical damage to each unit hit afterwards capping at 25%. Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Mana, Cooldown: 19/17/15/14/13 seconds
W: Unload: Guerilla unloads his magazine in a straight line (Length: 450, Width: 170) firing 3 bolts every second for 2/3/3/4/5 seconds dealing physical damage equal to 60% of his AD. If he uses this to damage a marked target, he deals an additional 20% physical damage to the marked target. Cost: 70/80/100/120/140 Mana, Cooldown: 15/13/12/11/9 seconds
E: Sling Shot: Guerilla fires a bolt with a rope attached to it in a straight line (Range: 560), if the bolt hits an enemy champion that champion will take 20/30/40/50 (+.3 AD) physical damage and will have the rope attached to them for 5 seconds, marking them with Run and Gunned and increasing his attack damage to that target by 5%/7%/9%/11%/13%. Targets who are already marked will lose 20% (+1% for every 40 AD) of their armor. Guerrilla can activate this again in the next 5 seconds to flip over the target and land on the opposite side of the target at a distance equal to the rope length. If the rope is left for 5 seconds, Guerrilla will retract it, dealing the same amount of damage and slowing the target by 20%. Hitting a terrain will drag Guerilla in towards the terrain and reduce the cooldown by half. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100, Cooldown: 11.5/11/10.5/10/9.5 seconds
R: Guerilla’s Tactics: Passive: Whenever Guerilla kills an enemy champion he gains 1 stack of Hit and Run. For each stack of Hit and Run Guerilla has, he gains 2 AD and 3 MS. for every 7 stacks of Hit and Run Guerilla can mark an additional target. Guerilla loses half of his stacks upon death. Active: Guerilla gains 30%/35%/40% MS and becomes immune to all forms of CC for 5 seconds. During this time if he will also gain 100% AS and deal 30%/40%/50% more damage to marked targets. Cost: 200/240/280, Cooldown: 150/130/110 seconds
Friends: Sivir: Helped him with his fight, likes the way she fights Riven: Loves her, for both her commitment to the ideal he believed in and her willingness to leave her fame behind. Inspired his rebellion. ** Gragas, Jax, and Tryndamere**: Drinks with them during his free time. Enemies: Swain: He hates Swain due to the fact that he has corrupted the Noxian way and removed the chance for people to grow stronger Singed: He see’s him to be strong form of corruption of the Noxian way. Darius: He considers Darius Swain's lap dog
