Can we make Rammus blue again?

So I know it's been quite a long time since his texture update but with his new ability icons and the chromas coming out I got back to thinking about how he used to look. When I see his classic skin I still wish he was still blue.

Don't get me wrong the texture update did wonders for him, but I kinda feel like he lost a little bit of character with the green (it kinda makes him just a generic turtle). It's not really a big deal for me since I own all his skins anyway (except king, and planning on getting GotS) but I still think it would be a good change, especially considering he's probably in line for a new splash art soon. Anyone else feeling this way?

Would be great to get some other opinions on this, I'm curious if people like Rammus better as green than blue. okay

Edit: I forgot to mention I'm not asking specifically for his old skin tone, honestly I'd be happy with any shade of blue, whether that means the old baby blue or a new darker blue. Just whatever would fit him the best.
