Another Monk Champion

Hi friends. This is an idea for another monk champion who isn't blind like Lee Sin. He uses moderately slow palm thrust techniques to subdue his foes. The main idea is that his passive gives him brief stuns on enemy champions, and his basic abilities also have some mini-crowd control effects built into them, meaning he'll feel very strong and impactful in fights even without lots of damage.

For the finale, his ultimate is a global single-target spell where he channels for 2 seconds, locking onto a target enemy champion. When the channel ends, he slams the ground with his palm, and a shockwave hits the target's current location after a very brief delay, so players with lightning-fast reflexes can just barely make it out of the slam radius if they time Flash properly. It does damage equal to the monk's missing health, so it's extremely powerful (ex. 80% missing health = 80% maximum health true damage).

Thrusting Moves (Passive): X’s attack speed cannot be increased. Every other basic attack stuns target for 0.5 seconds.

Forceful Shove (Q): X’s next attack is reset, deals bonus physical damage, and pushes the target away slightly.

Palm Shockwave (W): A linear skillshot that deals physical damage to all enemies in the way, knocking them aside slightly.

Hop (E): Hop to a nearby location.

Heaven’s Palm (R): Channel for 2 seconds, preparing to smite a target champion with an earth-shattering slam. At the end of the channel, the targeted champion and the area around them is crushed with Heaven’s Palm, and all units within its radius are dealt percent true damage equal to X’s missing health.

Range: Global Cooldown: 200/180/160 seconds

That passive is hella busted, should at best be a slow. Would change it to a three hit passive or a ramp up, similar to Renekton, that at full focus or what hav you, X's autos slow the enemy champion/speed himself up.

Q: should be the mini stun though it does fit with the kit if the rotation is AA>Q>E>AA

R: Global AoE true damage. Meaning that if X has about 3k hp, stands in front of an angry wolf camp and let's them chunk him to 1k, he can then nuke the enemy team for 1600 unmitigatable damage from a relatively safe position.

They need a few changes imo but I like the Q, W, and E on paper

1000 HP / 3000 HP is 66% missing health, so the ultimate would deal 66% maximum health damage on all targets hit. If the target of the spell has 100% remaining health, the ultimate would reduce their health to 33% remaining health.

So at best defining it as an "this got can't kill" skill, it could still shave 2/3rd off of any champs hp bar, globally with the only defense being dodge/flash if he didn't cast it while the target was stunned. The closest we hav to that is Gankplank's got which hits in bursts and isn't % missing hp true damage.

It needs a bit of tuning, make it physical damage and an execute based on enemy health and X gets a bit more into functional territory.
