Its time to bring back the BESTIAL Huntress.

In summary. Her human form should be cc and vision based, allowing her bestial form to get up to targets and take them out

here's how:

  1. First. DO NOT BUFF SPEAR DAMAGE. This should be obvious.
  2. Add snare/root/stun to the Q, as if it "Achilles heeled" the targets, allowing her to get up to targets
  3. Add a slow and vision range to targets who step on traps.

Keeps human form essential, while integrating cougar form into game play

extra stuff:

The point of this idea is to be and an anti-assassin assassin. Finding secluded targets with w, then trying to pin them down with Q punishes secluded targets.

THIS FORCES PEOPLE TO USE COUGAR FORM, Because human form cannot supply the endless poke damage old Nid used too.

Thoughts? Thank you

adding a slow/root/stun to he kit won't be healthy.

I'd be wary of adding power in the form of hard CC to Nidalee's kit. She's already good at ranged harass, a strong assassin, has a powerful self-heal, and is HIGHLY mobile.

Further, her Hunted mark already encourages the sort of gameplay you were looking for, setting up her extended range W engage and granting extra damage to Cougar form abilities.

You could push this further away from a harass pattern by back-loading spear damage into proccing Hunted, but I'm not sure that's necessary for her play patterns.
