KEENO-THE MANA MANIPULATOR

I got this idea from virgil from the devil may cry series ,devil may cry 4 special edition version of vergil to be exact.I also drew inspiration from byakuya kuchiki from bleach

role : Assasin

Like jayce keeno will be able to switch between ranged and melee.He will be a highly mobile squishy assasin with a very high skill cap.Keeno wil be able to deal huge amounts of damage but users will have to be ever conscioubs of keenos mana and passive ( explained later) Keeno will only scale with ap ,have large ap ratios on all his skills but will always have to build mana sustain items instead of just buying ap ( im looking at you . KEENO WILL HAVE VERY HIGH AP SCALING

keenos weapon is a sword.but rarely used due to hes damage coming from hes skills and mana swords ( passive )

Passive: Mana swords Keeno will generate mana swords which will float around keeno during combat.At full mana and at level 18 he will have 6 of these floating swords.All keenos skills will do extra ap dependant on the amount of swords available ,few swords = very little damage, full mana ,all swords = insane damage ( the reason for this will be so that keeno will be able to burst someone down but then wait for hes mana to regenerate)

NB MANA SWORDS EFFECTS DOES NOT WORK WITH BASIC ATTACKS

the passive interacts differently with hes ranged and melee forms.In ranged form the energy swords from the passive will be used directly with the skill ( example see q ) in ranged form the passive apearance is different,eg if two mana swords are available he will hold a sword in each hand.If more than 2 swords are generated they will be held by spectre like transparent hands apearing from keenos back

Ultimate : transmutatio

Available at level 1.Transmutatio has no cooldown ( explained further) and switches keenos mode of attack.When in ranged form keeno will shoot energy swords.When in melee form he will slash.Upgrading transmutatio will decrease the mana cost so it will be crucial to upgrade transmutatio early as this is crucial for hes combos and consuming mana on this will result in keeno having less mana swords

Q ranged-uirgula ( latin for dash) Keeno shoots all mana swords at the enemy embedding them in them.If q is activated again in a short period of time keeno will blink to the target.If not the mana swords will explode

Dashing consumes the swords and will not explode the sword dashing refunds a small amount of mana

Use :q is extremely important for keeno as it is hes only form of escape and chase.When escaping you can q to a minion,when going in for a kill you would also use q.After blinking to the target this opens up so many posssibiltys but the idea would be to use r after blinking to an enemy champion to assasinate him with your melee abilities. Users would have to watch out doing this as q and hes ult require mana,as well as the follow up melee skills.You could end up q-r in an enemy champions face and be left with low mana,ie low swords and not being able to assinate the target- if your target is a carry or the enemy mid laner you would most likely die

Melee- incido ( latin for slash )

Keeno slashes the area infront of him with all mana swords available.Each slash does aditional ap( when you combine this with the ap scaling from the passive you have a huge amount of damage ).Targets will be slowed at the end of incidio ( slow will also dependant on amount of swords ) consuming all swords

Use: keenos main form of damage.Keenos harras/assination will be Using ranged q to dash to enemy then ulting to switch to melee mode and qing again to use incidio For serious damage to be done it will require full swords ( therefore full mana ).

ranged -pluvia ( latin for rain ) keenos mana swords will rain down from the sky at the targeted zone dealing ap and extra ap per sword from passive

melee-libro ( latin for launch ) keeno waits,shouts out " libro" and then slashes upwards and knocks up the enemy champion dealing ap and extra ap from passive

Use- Libro can be powerfull but needs to be executed with perfect timing as enemys will see when libro is going to be activated.Libro wil be easy to dodge libro consumes no swords

use - A skilled keeno player can use libro to dominate enemy champs,example the knock up can be follwed up with a ranged q.This will be the ultimate and most difficult keeno combo to pull off

Wait for all 6 swords,use testificor to charge and cosume 3 swords ( read below ),Use libro to launch enemy into air ,ult to switch to ranged then use molimenti with the remaining 3 swords or

Use libro to knock up enemy ,Use ranged q to dash to enemy in mid air ,use ult to switch to melee and then use q with remaining swords

ranged-molimenti ( latin for barrage)

sends all mana swords flying forward at a great speed doing ap and extra ap per sword from passive.Can pass through minions and enemy Molimenti does reduced damage for every target it passes through

Molimenti consumes all swords

This will require users to time molimenti correctly when laning as If molimenti hits minions and then the enemy champion it will do greatly reduced damange.Molimenti is also a powerfull wave clear tool

melee - Testificor ( latin for charge )

Keeno charges hes sword.When charged each basic attack deals ap and skills do extra ap.E will be held in to charge the sword further

This skill can be powerfull but if used incorrectly will leave keeno useless.When fully charged e will consume all mana swords.This means that skills used after this will do less ap and will only do extra ap from testificor.The best way to use testificor would be to charge ,consuming 3 swords and then using an ability

To end off if used properly keeno can be devastating but require a very high level of skills.You will need good mechanics and perfect timing to execute keenos skills and combos while keeping track of how many swords are available how many mana swords each skill consumes,how much mana each skill costs and how much mana you have available

Keeno will be useless in unskilled hands and will have weak laning due to the low amount of mana swords available at low levels and the necessity to get a mana regen item.If keeno doesn't get ahead he will be much weaker as he really needs the mana and mana regeneration to be usefull.Items like or will be a must for keeno.

I really think keeno can be a crowd favorite and very fun to play due to the possibility of a huge amount of combos :D

Havent put too much thought into keenos appearance but im heading towrds a dapper gentleman.This fits with the latin names of hes skills
