New Champion: Ssenkcis , The pest of the Void

Overview: Ssenkcis (Pronounced Zink-cess) is a short ranged Ap bruiser who uses the Void's powers to cause his opponents to be eroded. Ssenkics was a man suffering from a sever case of FoP (Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva) unable to be cured he turning to the Void for help.

Lore: Ssenkcis was born with a incurable disease that slowly destroy his life. The Doctors were lying saying they would cure him. There was no cure.... They were preforming test on him and had no intentions on curing him... Their goal was to learn how the disease is spawned so they make weaponize it upon their enemies. Ssenkcis clueless to the doctors started to hear someone call out to him. Telling him to leave the place because the doctors have no intentions on curing him and to join him. Ssenkcis unable to believe struggled out of bed roaming the hospital over hearing something about his condition. "Ssenkcis will die within a month or two tops, We must hurry with our test before this happens to get much data as possible." In fear Ssenkcis ran. The voice told him go far east as he could. He traveled for days then finally running out of energy fell to his knees pleading with god. Asking why, why him, why is he cursed. Not receiving a answer Ssenkcis gave up filled with fear and sadness.

While on his knees a man approached him. Floating looking upon him. Telling him "I can assist you with your problem with death." Sscenkcis asking "Can you cure me?" "No!!!!!!.Your fate cannot be avoided""But I can help you with your inevitable death... If you join me." SscenKcis accepted his deal soon after consumed by the void and sickness. His Fear soon changed to unforgivable rage and his skin changed to a pale dark green. The man gave him some clothes Sscenkcis standing average height,wears a scarf covering his mouth , no shirt with baggy pants. His hands have gloves and his eyes now glows white. He soon learned that he will forever remain sick but he can control sickness and diseases. Sscenkis asked him what is your name.... "I am Malzahar.""These fools think they can run from us.""They will bow down to the void."

Auto attack range: 500 ( Ssenkis does not auto attack with his arms . Actually they tend not to move very much at all. The bugs around him leap out to hit the target as his auto)

Abilities:

Passive – Common Cold "Upon being hit by basic attacks or spells the attacker will catch a cold " Dealing 12(xlevel) damage over 3 seconds. (The passive can reactivated after the 3 seconds)

Q- Parkinson: Shoots a cone of toxin out that slows a enemy overtime for 3 seconds. Leaving a puddle were shot, if you remain in the toxin for 5 seconds it gives a 1 second fear( the puddle last for 5 seconds).

Magic damage : 40/60/80/100/120 (+0.50ap) Cool down: 14/12/10/8/7 Slow:40/50/65/70/80 (skill shot) Range: 700

W- Cytomegalovirus: Sccenckis tongue extends and licks his target lowering there immune system increasing his damage to the target and slowing them.

Magic damage: 50/75/90/110/150(+0.30ap) Increase damage: 5/10/15/20/25% Cool down: 12/8/6/4/3 slow:20% at all levels Range:650 (Target ability)

E-Scleroderma : Ssenckis skin hardens for 4 seconds giving him bonus armor and magic resist after 1 second he can reactive breaking the shield dealing magic damage in the area.

Bonus Armor and Magic resist: 20/45/65/70/80 Cool down: 12/10/8/6/4 Damage: 45/70/85/95/110(+0.55ap) Range:500

R- Passive-Hepatitis: surrounds Ssenckis with bugs causing them to attack the attacker of Ssenckis dealing no damage but applying grievous wounds upon the target every time he is attacked.
Active-Malaria: a 1 Second channel that roots Ssenckcis to the ground unable to be moved from that spot by any means(But is possible to be canceled by a stun, silence or interrupt)(A knock back or knock up cannot stop the ultimate). Once its completed sends out tentacles to grab every near by enemy champion rapidly pulling them into him for 1 second then let loose a small explosion of mosquitos effecting everything in the area. Dealing physical damage that is increased by 2% for every 1% or target missing health

Physical damage: 220/350/400 ( +40% of bonus health) Cool down 150/ 120/ 110 Grievous wounds 15%/25%/50% reduced healing
Range:600/900/1200

Ssenckis does not use mana he has a new resource know as virus Ssenckis gains a virus each time he auto attack or uses a skill . 5 for a auto attack 10 for a skill the cap for the virus is 200 at 200 Ssenickis vomits for .5 seconds reducing his armor and mr by 15%(But increasing Ssenickis Health regen by 30%.) and anyone else who is within the vomited area (Including enemies and allies) The pool is 400 radius zone being put around Ssenckis with him as the center ( If Sscenicks or anyone else leave the zone the effect is lost. after 3 seconds )

The vomit last for 8 seconds

Ssenkcis walks with a sluggish movement. If you buy home guards boots on him he will float like Malzahar saying "if only it was permanent "

If Malzahar is on the other team Ssenkcis will say "Im sorry for my betrayal" "Master forgive me" "I should just die"

If Kassadin is on the other team Ssenkcis will say "My God request your head" "Void consumes us all and everything we hold dear"

level 16 Kassadin and Ssenkcis starts a challenge Destroy or Protect The winner will get 5% ap boost The winner is the first one to slay the other (assist does not count)

Upon the challenge active Ssenkcis screams in a monster void like voice available for everyone to hear "GOD HAS REQUESTED YOUR DESTRUCTION"

I always think riot need a champ that is sick idk just seem like something everyone needs :P

Fun facts: Ssenkcis is sickness spelled backwards. Every ability is the name of a incurable disease with the except of common cold. Every ability reflects with the actual disease if you research them in some type of way. The half the pronunciation come from Germany and the other from English . Pest and the joke about the horse is a reference to pestilence of the 4 horse man. Also if he was every made might go through many buffs and nerfs :P the one day a rework :P
