Regarding the addition of Chroma Packs

Maybe this is just my opinion, because I love the idea, but I feel that this shouldn't be done the way it's currently being done. I feel that this would sell quite more and actually market the use of buying numerous other skins for the same champ as well if it were to be changed and implemented the way I had in mind.

The way I feel this should have been done, was to buy the chroma pack by the champion. Currently, there's Chromas by skin. But in the future, when a different Leona skin receives a Chroma pack, why should we have to spend so much money to buy the skin AND the chroma? Why can't we just buy all chromas for the champion (for added variety) and simply just have the chromas usable for the skins we actually own? Maybe this is just my opinion, but I feel this would add so much value to the chromas. I personally don't see myself getting more than one chroma simply for the fact that it costs way too much in combination with the skins on top of that. However, this would actually push players to buy more than one skin per champion while still adding variety to the game.
