Bring Back High Matchmade Spectating

I remember when spectating first launched we had within the client games currently being played that were high mmr players (majority pro-players) on specific champions listed that we could click and watch. What happened to this feature? A lot of the time I'd see a champion I enjoy playing but never played on streams to learn anything from (whether to do or not to do.) And because I saw them played by a player currently in Diamond+ I'd tune in to watch the lane phase, etc.

Additionally, a lot of the time this would also let me know that some well-known players were currently streaming and I'd pop into their Twitch on occasion as well.

Can we bring this back?
