ok, why is there no hamster champion

Before you think this is a troll post, hear me out. I am talking about a hamster. a hamster. I am not talking about a poro. I am talking straight up about a hamster shaped yordle that does adorable hamster things when he fights. His skill set would be from rolling in a hamster ball that gives a speed buff, knocks enemies out of the way and a shield, to adorable little feets that can cause terror on the battlefield.

I am thinking this for his skill set.

Q - Some sort of hamster ball appears and he gains a slight speed buff and shield, and then knocks enemies around. ( like a rammus Q but not as fast, and grants a sheild)

W - A sort of jump where if he lands on an enemy, latches on and nibbles on their bits for a second

E - What do all hamsters love? i dont know. So this skill is a charm cause he's so cute. in a small AOE around him for about 1 second

R - what else is cute and hamster shaped? lemmings. For this cast a herd of lemmings is summoned and tramples enemies, if the hamster champ is hit with his own ult, he is carried with it. Slows a bit.
