Takeo, Spymaster

Passive ~ Intel Network

5 seconds after dealing damage to an enemy champion he collects intel stacks equal to what percentage of their health missing capped at 100 and cannot collect intel on them for 60 seconds. Once he collects 100 stacks from a specific champion they are affected by Intel Network. Takeo can have different sets of intel stacks at a time. Intel Network grants Takeo vision of that champion for 5 seconds every 10 seconds. (5 seconds on 10 seconds off) If he is within 500 units of a champion affected by Intel Network he is instead granted true sight. If a champion affected by Intel network scores a KILL on Takeo he loses 50% of their current intel stacks.

**Exploit Weakness **

Takero deals 11 / 14 / 17 / 20% increased damage to champions affected by Intel Network

Q ~ Operative's Edge ~ Cooldown 12 seconds ~ Range 600 ~ Cost 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 MANA

Takeo dashes in a line dealing 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 100% Bonus AD) physical damage to the first enemy champion he passes through and 50% less to the rest. Afterwards he gains 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60% movement speed for 1.5 seconds afterwards. If they are affected by Intel Network they are also entangled for 1.5 seconds.

**W ~ Behind Enemy Lines ~ Cooldown 16 / 15.5 / 15 / 14.5 / 14 ~ Range 700 ~ Cost 60 MANA ** Passive: Takeo restores 15% of of his missing health and mana whenever he kills a large or epic monster. Scoring a takedown in the river or on the enemy's side of the map restores 25% of his missing health and mana and refunds 70% of this ability's cooldown. **Active: **Takeo teleports to target location in a bush. For 3 seconds upon exiting the bush he gains invisible for 2 seconds. When he breaks invisible his next 3 attacks for 3 seconds gains 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80% attack speed

**E ~ Debilitating Injury ~ Cooldown 13 / 12.5 / 12 / 11.5 / 11 ~ Range 300 ~ Cost 40 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 MANA ** Takeo unleashes a crippling blow dealing 80 / 140 / 200 / 260 / 320 (+50% Bonus AD) physical damage slowing their movement speed and attack speed by 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% for 1.5 seconds. If they are affected by Intel Network they also deal 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% less damage for 1.5 seconds.

R ~ Always Watching ~ Cooldown 180 / 140 / 100 seconds ~ Range Global ~ Cost 100 MANA

Takeo pulls together his resources on target enemy champion affected by Intel Network and channels for 3 seconds. Afterwards he teleports to them gaining invisible for 0.5 seconds upon arrival. His next basic attack against that champion is guaranteed to critically strike. If he scores a takedown on his target within 5 / 6 / 7 seconds of arrival he may recast the ability for free for 10 seconds. All players are able to see who he targets upon channeling.

his ult his W and his passive seem a bit OP but cool otherwise

(Having true sight and teleports on basic abilities are Always OP)

too strong, literally, the game officially starts at 1:00, when minions arrive in your lane. and the jg is literally unable to gank with his true vision passive, even twisted fate's ult has that and it has a 2 minute cd, also does ALOT of damage, like, able to delete a cho gath with 9 stacks kind of damage, especially since the tank meta is now gone. nerf his damage and mobility a bit, make it so that he doesn't have true vision cause no one likes that when playing against them, cough teemo and shaco, cough cough. anyways, cool champ, but way too OP

He should not have vision on and off 5 seconds at a time. This champ clearly is being looked at as a jungler, because then all he would have to do is skirmish with the enemy jungle, use his 100*******% damage ratios(which is incredibly fucking broken not gonna lie) to trade, then use his BASIC COOLDOWN BLINK OR DASH OR INVISIBILITY to wlak away. All of this gives him "intel " on the enemy jungler, meaning he and his team could ALWAYS avoid ganks from the jungler due to just information. Reksai's burrow tremor sense is a close relative to this, and hers 1) doesnt have infinite range 2) doesnt give ACTUAL vision 3) Has a tick rate as well as the ability to be avoided / counterplayed(standing still) and even after all of that they still ended up nerfing it to oblivion shortly after release. I like the kit and the idea. It's super intuitive and nice. However, the numbers are too high(100% ad scaling is not okay on two abilities. This says "build one lethality item and one shot anyone") and his vision passive is ridiculous. He also should not have multiple invisibilities(every other champion has 1 at MAX), nor a blink + 2 dashes.(leblanc has 2 depending on R usage and Kassadin suffers from weak weak weak weak early game as well as no escapes until 6, but even then its still one ability and an ultimate at that.)

Change the passive mechanic to something more like Rek'Sai's. Say- A global "ping" every 20 seconds on everyone he has X stacks on. Also make it so that stacks decay over time. No matter how good your Intel is, your information will always become outdated.
