Passive: Burden of the Shield Hero ~ Range 1000

Naofumi cannot purchase items that have attack damage or ability power. Naofumi grants himself and the nearest 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 allied champions within 600 units of him 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% of his armor as bonus attack damage and 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% of his magic resist as ability power.

**Q ~ Air Strike Shield ~ Range 600 ~ Cooldown ~ 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 seconds ~ Cost 40 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 MANA ** Naofumi launches a 400 width shield in a direction knocking aside and microstunning all enemies hit and dealing 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 / 215 (+ 100% bonus AD) physical damage and shielding himself and all allies it passes through for 75 / 110 / 145 / 180 / 215 (+ 80% AP) for 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds. When the shield reaches its target location it remains in place for 4 seconds acting as terrain and blocking all projectiles.

W ~ Shield Prison ~ Range 600 ~ Cooldown 26 / 24 / 22 / 20 / 18 seconds ~ Cost 60 MANA

Naofumi imprisons target champion immobilizing them and making them unable to deal damage or be dealt damage from outside sources for 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds. If cast on himself it extends the duration by 2 seconds and he can instead move around and is ghosted dealing 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 (+ 100% bonus AD) to enemies within 300 units. (can be applied once per second). Naofumi can still damage champions with his ultimate.

**E ~ Nature's Blessing ~ Range 600 ~ Cooldown 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 seconds ~ Cost 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 MANA ** Naofumi channels for 0.5 seconds and heals target allied champion for 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 (+ 60% AP). and shields them for 60 / 110 / 170 / 220 / 270 (+ 80% AP) for 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds. If the target was another allied champion he leaps toward them granting them 15% of his armor and magic resist for 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 seconds.

**R ~ Cursed Shield Mode ~ Cooldown 120 / 100 / 80 seconds ~ Cost 100 MANA ** Naofumi embraces his hatred cloaking his shield in a cursed flame. For 10 seconds enemies with in 400 units take 30 / 60 / 90 (+ 20% AP) magic damage every second and enemies that damage or would damage him are dealt 20 / 40 / 60 (+100% bonus AD) physical damage. Enemies damaged by this ability have grievous wounds applied for 2 seconds. For each dead allied champion damage is increased by 10% and the duration is increased by 3 seconds. (Upon and during the activation the duration will increase if an allied champion dies or is already dead).

For his W "outside source" is exactly what it sounds like, sources outside the shield meaning DOT effects or delayed damage already targeting them will still apply.

I really like this anime.

Here's the only changes I'd recommend.

First his passive isn't true to his character. Rather than 30% of his Defences, He should benefit from the champion that is his "sword".

To implement think, this can be done like Kalista. He targets a player and they are linked. This cannot be changed. He gains defence/attack based on his targets attack. This has to be a reasonable amount. OR if his linked champion is close... she does his auto attack...

His ultimate is too strong. Needs to be toned down. His other skills are naturally awesome.

Alright, I'll give a real analysis. :P

Passive: Needs pretty much a complete overhaul, as in its current state, it's purely a limiter and has no real effect other than a self destructive one.

  • Suggested Change: Naofumi cannot purchase items granting Attack Damage, Ability Power, or Adaptive Force (Attack Speed and Critical Strike chance are still ok) Naofumi grants the nearest 1/2/3/4 (upgrades with ult rank) allied champions within 500 units of him 10/20/30% (upgrades at lv 7/13) of his armor as bonus Adaptive Force (positioning is key, but he now has an aura-like effect to buff nearby allies. maximum amount of adaptive force per unit should still remain in double digits, I think.)

Q: Let's try to condense all of this a bit, shall we? Make it less complicated, while still holding true to its use.

  • Suggested Change: (one cast only) Naofumi launches a 400x75 unit wide shield to a target area, up to 575 units away. Allied champions the shield passes through gain a small shield for the next 3s. Enemies the shield passes through are knocked back 200 units and take damage. Once the shield reaches its target location, it remains for up to 5s, acting as terrain and intercepting projectile attacks that would pass through it. Air-Strike shield is broken after 1/2/3/4/5 champion attacks connect with it. (shield's larger face will deploy outwards from Naofumi)

W: Don't really think taunt is aesthetic, but from how Shield Prison works in the anime, this could be a unique opportunity. >:D

  • Suggested Change: (instead of taunt on self cast) Naofumi can move in Shield Prison 30% slower, and roll over enemies, dealing damage per second to all enemies underneath his sphere. (Think like Chen's Barrel Roll in HotS, but not as strong. This can give him a brief but potent period of invincibility as he happily rolls his way back out of the fight he picked)

E and R: Good as is.
