A Phantom Thief Champion
**Passive: Heist/The Grand Heist ** Heist: Beginning at 1:30 Kaito may may designate one enemy non-destroyed turret that is at the outer most location by right clicking and holding for 3 seconds. Once designated a 3 minute timer will appear at the top of the screen for all players to see. He cannot change his target until the timer runs out, he fails the heist , or he succeeds. If he is standing still within 150 units of the targeted turret he will channel for 5 seconds and complete the heist and can no longer designate that turret. He cannot be targeted by the designated turret however receiving damage from an enemy champion while channeling will cause the heist to fail. Completing a successful heist will deal 50% of the turret's MAX health as true damage. If the heist fails he cannot designate the same turret for another 2 minutes. Grand Heist: For every 3 successful heists Kaito may attempt a Grand heist. To initiate a Grand heist he must right click and hold for 3 seconds on the enemy shopkeeper. To complete a Grand heist Kaito must walk within 150 units of the enemy shop keeper and finish channeling for 5 seconds. As long as the Grand heist is active Kaito can walk through enemy base gates. A successful Grand heist will grant him 1 free Item when buying and an upgrade of one of his basic abilities.
Q ~ Pick Pocket ~ Cooldown 12/11/10/9/8 ~ Range 700 ~ Cost 40/45/50/55/60 MANA Kaito dashes to target enemy landing behind them dealing 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 100% bonus AD) physical damage. His next 3/4/5 basic attacks gain 40/50/60/70/80% attack speed and grant him 5/10/15 gold and heal him for 10/20/30 per hit if it is a large or epic monster and STEALS 10/20/30 gold per hit if it is an enemy champion (Can go negative). If upgraded the third basic attack against an enemy champion STEALS a random non boot item for 3 seconds (can be held even if no item slots). An enemy can only be affected by pick pocket once every 8 seconds. (Enemies that have their items stolen lose all of its benefits).
W ~ Rushed Agenda ~ Cooldown 18/16/14/12/10 ~ Range 600 ~ Cost 60 MANA Passive: Kaito gains 12/14/16/18/20 movement speed when moving towards a heist target. These bonuses are doubled if it a grand heist target. If upgraded the movement speed bonus persists for and decays over 1.5 seconds. Active: Kaito dashes in a line disarming all enemies he passes through for .75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds dealing 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 (+ 100% AD) Physical damage. Afterwards he gains dodge for 3 seconds. If upgraded he also takes 50% less damage for 3 seconds.
E ~ Look a Distraction! ~ Cooldown 30/28/26/24/22 ~ Range 2000 ~ Cost 80/85/90/95/100 MANA Kaito conjures a duplicate of himself at target location. The clone can be controlled by pressing the Alt key and clicking. The clone lasts for 8 seconds cannot attack and explodes once it expires or dies dealing 55 / 85 / 115 / 145 / 175 (+ 100% bonus AD) physical damage in a 300 unit radius. If upgraded he has the option to reactivate the ability to switch places with the clone causing the clone to explode upon arriving and himself to deal the same damage upon arrival.
R ~ Grand Finale ~ Cooldown 140/120/100 ~ Range INFINATE ~ Cost 100 MANA After channeling for 1.5 seconds Kaito teleports within 150 units of his heist target and instantly refreshes all of his basic abilities. If he has no target then he teleports to the closest POSSIBLE heist target and instantly designates it as a heist target. If there are no available targets he will simply teleport to his most recent heist target.
