Mortarth, the dragon.

We need a full time 4-legged, (hopefully) 2 winged, fire breathing dragon cause they're awesome! And no shyvana doesn't count. Since Ao Shin won't be getting released for some time we might as well MAKE a champion that they'll look at, perhaps it being Mortarth.

Q: Breathes fire in a medium-sized cone. Slightly larger than annie so damage would be slightly less than annies.

W: Lets out an intimidating ROOOOAAAARRRRRR to fear all nearby enemies. Would be like the range of a fiddlesticks ult but slightly less.....more like volis fear actually (but slightly more range).

E: Conjures up a gust of wind with his wings and makes knock enemies in that direction while damaging them. Would be like a galio e

R: Flies up for 2s and then comes crashing down in a fiery ball of flame damaging all enemies in range and setting them ablaze. Would be similar to panths ult.

Perhaps we could change the elements so he could be an ice dragon or thunder dragon....or maybe these could be skins.

If you have input on the actual numbers for his skills, feel free to comment and I'll add them. For now though, I'm gonna leave them out.
