Now i understand that if overturned to an extent this could become an incredibly abusable item to the likes of Lee sin but one thing I would like to see is an item for champions that focus on clearing camps even if it is slightly weaker in terms of AD than say warrior.
AD champions rarely need additional help with clearing.
Their autoattacks scale with AD, so they will always have a consistent and reliable source of sustained damage against the camp.
There are always three viable options for AD champions to build when jungling (Warrior, Bloodrazor and Cinderhulk), so I doubt they will add a fourth.
so you simply mean lee sin, udyr, olaf, xin, rengar will dominate the jungle? nope.
