About Trundle's ultimate

Doesn't feel that the visual effects aren't really communicating the what Trundle's ult does properly? Like I understand that Trundle's has an actual visual effect when he does activate ult but unless you specifically looked it up, played him or someone told you, it's hard to actually tell what it does unless you pay a lot of attention to your stats in the middle of a fight and used deduction to determine what actually happened.
