Did Riot Use my Champion Idea (Qual) for Qiyana?

Dear Riot,

I wrote a champion concept about 4 years ago (my sophomore year in high school) and I think Riot may have used it for the new champion Qiyana. She has a similar name to mine (Qual), has something to do with being an Elemental and has abilities that do different things due to a varying circumstance (River, Wall, Brush.) I know my champion design was very flawed, but I thought that maybe it was a good base idea for a champion that could be melded and mended by the Riot Champion Development Team. If Riot really did use my concept for their creation, I'd just like to know. I've always wanted to impact League in some way, and if I knew that I did, I would be quite happy and maybe think of something else. If this just turns out to be a coincidence, then I guess I'll just have to think of something better. Maybe Riot will notice me next time.
