Can we get a Lifeguard Thresh Skin? He's a life saver.

Souls = Whistles that make a sound when you pick them up. Q = Tore%%%% Buoy (The thing lifeguards hold) W = Life ring (Come on, you saw that coming) E = Tidal Wave (Short animation) R = Sand Castle (Or Surfboards)

I don't know how his actual like champ skin would be affected with this, I just don't see him being the proper... shape I guess. Decent idea tho, the life ring or whatever fits perfectly

This was a good idea when it was first suggested back in 2012 (?) and it still is. +1
