Its been a long time since got a new skin. it rhymes because its true and plus i think im gonna see people hating on the champion for being annoying even though shes weak now. Oh and plus i think that there will be a surge of on matches. And also heres a design and PROJECT may be outdated but its the best theme for her skin

We are getting new Star Guardian and Project skins this year, so I hope that Quinn will become part of any of these 2 skin lines.

Especially Project was requested for so long, it would be a shame if they neglect her again.
