I'm thinking a skinny boy with beautiful hair who gets picked on by all the League hunks like and because they're secretly jealous of his mane. One day, they cut it off and he collects all the hair off the ground, weeping. He then fashions his hair into a sturdy whip, and vows to avenge the hunks who smited him with the very power they tried to relieve him of.
