Thematics that are missing that you'd like to see?

What are some themes you'd like to see in League that are missing from the game? Keep in mind, Riot tries to take a theme and morph it into an identity unique to League (such as Warwick being more of a chimera rather than a werewolf, and Kindred being the peaceful and terrifying symbolic aspects of death).

With that in mind, what sorta interesting twists and cool champions do you think League could really benefit of having added to the roster?

I think a great fighter or a swordsman (I know we have champs like that) but who dislikes fighting would be cool. I mean he can be really strong, with a cool weapon but he just doesn't want to fight and tries to avoid fighting. I don't know how he would work in game, maybe a lot of quotes where he shows how much he dislikes fighting but yeah.

Just a thought.

Not a theme per se, more of a lore standpoint. Was thinking of something along the lines of a mage swordsman, more specifically was thinking of someone born in Demacia with some kind of innate magic ability, not unlike Lux. His story carrying him to reject the Illuminators and choosing exile. Ultimately siding with Noxus with the vision of conquering and reshaping his country.

Maybe that was overdetailed, I guess, the core idea would be some kind of mage or fighter with magical abilities, that chooses to be exiled from Demacia over working in the shadows or anything. I mean if Demacia is a dick to mages and magical creatures, it should be shown in it's more sour outcome of such a policy.

On a side note I think the Frejold that would be a great place for inspiration from norse mythology is lacking in champions. A trickster mage ala Loki could be interesting. (though leblanc is a thing and to a lesser degree zoe).

We need a full-time summoner, whose entire job is summoning powerful creeps that they can both control but can also auto-pilot to some extent, to fight for their master and to assist other teammates, while the summoner themselves is vulnerable.

The only reason Riot is not doing this is due to the design limitation of the game. The game has no micro/macro, making full-time summoners impossible to do without seriously gimping the play and design factor (Yorick's stuff are just glorified minions, Azir's soldiers are just extended dummy arms, and real summoners like Annie and Ivern and Morde to some extent are all limited to 1 summon per kit).

But we still need a full-time summoner.
