Banned/ must be lvl 3 bug

I tend to leave the league client open on my pc, and have my pc left on for extended periods of time, and closing the client and then re-opening solved this, but I just recently tried to play a game and had every game mode with a red "!" beside it, and if I hovered over it would say that I've been banned and that I don't meet the level requirement.

Like I said, restarting the client fixed this, but it's a pretty weird bug and gave me a bit of a heart attack (I've never even been chat restricted). Has anyone else encountered this? Also, anyone have an idea of why the client code would register my account as being banned/under leveled for being left open too long?

It could be a network or protocol related bug, especially if your computer entered sleep mode or disabled the network adapter.

Software will often show incorrect error messages if it gets a condition it cant understand/is unprepared for, either a default message of a "none of the others match, lets just use this one", which is a logical flaw in the programming.
