No AP Project Skin Shananigans

I think that we should introduce some AP project skins, because currently if you want to run a cool project team it has to be a full AD team comp. Suggestions for champions eligible for Project skins:

Project: Azir
Project: Cassiopeia Project: Ahri Project: Syndra Project: Anivia Project: Rumble Project: DIana

I also think, just as all the current project skins are themed around red/orange. The AP project skins should be themed something more pink or blue and still have all the cool new sounds and particle effects. And most of these champs are well due for a new skin. Leave any ideas for other champs that could benefit out of new project skins. And who knows, after this we might have a project release based on just tanks or adcs.
