Can I talk to Meddler please

I would like to make a personal message to a riot champion designer/balancer about the changes to Syndra. I have several questions to ask about whether her balancing is justifiable.

After the season 4 nerfs to Syndra's kit, i feel as though she has never really had a time to shine. I agree that season 4 Syndra was overpowered, but directly nerfing her with the onset of the tank meta was already too harsh. Then the popularity of Zed plummeted her winrate to the ground. I had seen several champions come in and out of meta so i was disappointed but not disheartened. She has had a stable season 5/6 resting at a below average winrate and i was really looking forward to the mage updates to hopefully increase her popularity.

And i was really disappointed when i had heard she had been preemptively nerfed. I can see where Riot is coming from with the buff to champions who are weak against her, but for once in 2 years can you please just let her thrive in the meta like she once did in season 4. All her nerfs have never had explanations, i know now when you post updates it comes with a lengthy explanation about the reasoning behind it. But never once have i ever understood why Syndra has been sitting in the ground for the past 2 years. And that is why i would like, after several threads i have posted about her win rate and wellbeing, to have an explanation about why you are trying to keep Syndra out of the spotlight for so long.

Sorry, its a bit of a rant. But i am really disappointed about the changes to her kit.
