Extremely immobile champion whos R is the main source of DPS

A ranged champion with garbage attack speed but when his ult comes out he can deal tons of damage to those in front of him. All of his basic abilities are just there to help him survive, UTILITY and to fend off enemies.

Passive: Bonus defense while standing still in exchange for attack speed and being slow. When 3 or more teammates are nearby the slow is removed

Q- Tripwire 3 charges Makes a tripwire on an area. If enemies pass by they are slowed for 70% (decaying) for 2 seconds.

W- Roam Drone Release a drone to scout an area. If it finds an enemy champion activates it. It will provide vision on them for a few seconds

E- Distractor mines 8 Charges 18 sec cooldown Can be manually activated if no tripwires are nearby place a mine in an area (1 health). Enemies affected will be shortsighted ( kinda like a Quinn Q sort of thing). CAN BE AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED IF TRIPWIRES ARE NEARBY

Now for the ult

R- Can be activated every time Bullet Recharge scales with attack speed Bullets don't recharge when its activated 2-second activation. Press R to fire a bullet on your cursor (Jhin ult but you can move and has more shots). Standing still allows you to fire faster and be more accurate but you can still move... slowly. you have up to 15-25-30 bullets. You need to turn to fire at a direction

You are very Squishy, You and your support must always be on your toes to find and look for that pesky assasin in the enemy team with two lethality items or else your basically fcked at every teamfight. Your R is your main source of DPS
