Elemental Mage Sisters (Ice)

Blizzard (Passive): All champions on the map are slowed by 5%. Low-health enemy champions are slowed by 25%.
Ice Spell (Q – 5s CD – 900 range): Deals 20/40/60/80/100 + 0.3 AP magic damage to a target unit and briefly slows by 99%. Can be cast one more time within 2 seconds.
Shockfrost (W – 20s CD – 700 range): Instantly stun all units and stop dashes within a square shaped area for 0.75 seconds, leaving behind a 10/20/30/40/50% slowing field for 5 seconds.
Stalactites (E): Drop three large icicles in a line in front of you, one after another. Enemies within a certain radius of each icicle are damaged for 80/130/180/230/280 + 0.8 AP magic damage and slowed by 99% briefly.
Ice Path (R): Summons a very wide glacial path in a line. Enemies in the glacial path are slowed, grounded, and cannot change directions or stop moving until they collide with terrain or exit the path.
