We need another mech in League of Legends. Blitz is fun to play and adorable to the right crowd and we've got skins for many champions- but we need us a proper battlemech in LoL. I'm talking a machine of destruction that is out to blast the enemy into oblivion. We need something that brings resounding firepower and equally commands the respect or fear of everything that comes near it- no ignoring it, no denying it, no surviving it. In short, we need a Disruptor.
(Intro aside, his numbers are probably a little weird as I don't think any of his moves are the same since I first came up with the idea, so bear with me. The idea was originally somewhat satirical but I grew rather fond of it.)
Roles Primary: Marksman Secondary: Juggernaut
The idea Disruptor is meant to be the opposite of the agile Marksman. Instead of moving about and trying to kite, he dares his opponent to stand and trade with him. This is not without consequence, if his positioning is poor he will be punished by his enemies. If a turret grew legs and starting walking around the Summoner's Rift, they would use those legs to run from Disruptor. His innate ensures the longer the enemy trades with him, the stronger he will be. Hiding will not avail his foes, they must either slay him, disable him, or run. His Q is a torrent of firepower, he can move while channeling and then, at the cost of briefly being immobilized, Disruptor will strafe the area in front of himself with heavy gunfire, shredding enemies who are too foolish or too brave to stay in the area. His W is his bread and butter, expanding his range and granting him additional armor. If you can't move him, you're in trouble. The disadvantage is that he will be unable to respond properly to changing battle conditions like a gank from the jungler or a sudden gapcloser. Pick your fighting place well, or it may be your last. His normal range is 575. His E gives him a bit of variety, it's not the fastest attack or the surest to land, but it can be used as an opening assault against a new foe or to pick off a fleeing coward. Should an enemy decide to wade through the missiles and bullets, they'll shortly find themselves in danger of his R. It is a powerful attack, but narrow, dodge it if you can, because being hit by it is going to be really good for him and really bad for you.
Abilities Innate - Omni-Active Targeting System Auto-attacking an enemy gives them one stack of "targeted". Subsequent auto-attacks on the target gain 7% attack speed per stack, to a maximum of 35% bonus attack speed. The "targeted" stacks will fade after 3 seconds of not being attacked again. Enemy champions will be given the True Sight debuff while they are under maximum "targeted" stacks (5) and will not lose the debuff until the stacks fade below maximum.
Q - Hextech Chaingun FIRST CAST: Disruptor channels for up to 2 seconds, increasing the number of bullets that can be fired. If the channel is interrupted, Hextech Chaingun will fire at the last tier of bullets it reached. The bullet number increases for every half second he charges the ability. SECOND CAST: Disruptor lets loose a barrage of bullets in a conic skillshot, prioritizing the closest target and moving to the next target if the closest target dies. Enemy champions take 50% reduced damage from this ability. Number of shots (starting at 0.5 seconds channel): 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 Physical damage per shot: 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 (+0.20 per bonus attack damage) Champion damage per shot: 13 / 15 / 18 / 20 / 23 (+0.10 per bonus attack damage) Cost: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 Mana Range: (700- benefits from W additional range) Conic angle: 45 degrees Cooldown: 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 seconds
W - Alter Firing Stance: Toggled Disruptor ceases to move, his AA range is increased by 100 + (lvl value) and he gains armor based on how much AD he has. His movement speed is halved while in this stance. Upon toggling this ability off, his range returns to normal immediately, but it takes 3 seconds to ramp back up to his full MS value while his armor goes back down in the same amount of time. Being moved from his location by any enemy skill will deactivate the ability and cause his movement speed to be reduced to 0 before ramping back up in the same 3 seconds and he will lose the armor buff instantly. Armor gained: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 0.10 bonus attack damage) Additional range: 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 (Not cumulative, each level adds 25) Cooldown: 25 / 22 / 19 / 16 / 13 seconds Cost: 15 Mana per attack
E - Hellfire Barrage Disruptor unleashes dozens of hextech missiles from his shoulder launchers onto a target area, slowing champions in it and physically damaging them for every half of a second they're in the area. A ground-targeted area of effect ability, it does not grant vision of the target area. Area Radius: 175 Duration: 2 seconds Slow: 15% / 25% / 35% / 45% / 55% Range: 1000 / 1250 / 1500 / 1750 / 2000 (Does not benefit from W increased range) Damage per half second: 20 / 50 / 80 / 120 / 150 (+ 0.35 per bonus attack damage) Cost: 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 Mana Cooldown: 25 seconds
R - Reaper Cannon Disruptor fires a powerful burst of plasma from his chest, razing the ground in front of him and dealing magical damage to all enemies in it, the plasma then returns to him over 2 seconds, healing him for 5% of his maximum health per enemy hit. Reaper Cannon is a reversed pass-through conic skillshot, as in it's wider near him and narrows the further it gets. Damage: 200 / 400 / 600 (+ 0.85 AP) Cost: 100 Mana Range: 800 (Does not benefit from W increased range) Cooldown: 130 / 110 / 90 seconds

During one of the many wars Noxus had undertaken, a rogue commander had broken ties with his Noxian overlords. For years after the war was ended, he kept his small force together, resorting to banditry near Piltover to keep his war going, long after Noxus had ceased their aggression. An inventor from Piltover wandered too close to their hideout and was captured by the rogue Noxian troops. They imprisoned the unfortunate soul deep within a mountain stronghold, and demanded he reveal whatever knowledge he held that might aid them in their endeavors. Upon learning of his trade as a scientist and inventor, they forced him to create a weapon of war that would destroy any enemy that came against them. The scientist, in fear for his life and with a plan forming, agreed to do as they asked. For weeks he labored, deep within the heart of he mountain, using the dormant lava that flowed as well as hextech brought from Zaun; he set about creating a new kind of golem, one that would be able to devastate the enemy from far range as well as deal punishment to foes close at hand as well. The scientist worked hard, for the sooner he succeeded, the sooner he could use his new creation to vanquish his captors and escape.
Finally, after months of constant work; his vision was complete. Granting it the name of "Disruptor"; the young scientist beckoned all of the Noxian bandits to gather around and witness his creation, which was his salvation and their doom. The machine worked exactly as the scientist had hoped, laying waste to every Noxian in the fortress with precise shots from its chaingun and picking off those who fled with missile barrages, the newly created Disruptor had performed beyond the scientist's wildest expectations. It was not until that single red eye turned its gaze upon him that he saw what he had truly created, a machine made to kill; unfortunately, it didn't look like it was limiting this urge to the bandits alone. The golem bowed low before him, before walking slowly from the fortress.
Upon reaching civilization, the inventor wasted no time calling for assistance in restraining the machine as it was beginning to assault nearby farmsteads and villages- leaving a trail of flaming ruin and death as it walked across the land. The inventor who made him has spent his time researching methods to remove his bloodlust, but doubts he will ever find a solution. Disruptor's creator knew the truth of what he had made, Disruptor knew it was wrong to kill indiscriminately, he just didn't care.
Playstyle Disruptor can be played in two ways, as a traditional Marksmen or as a ranged-Bruiser. As a Marksmen he builds traditional Marksmen items but benefits less from Trinity Force builds and instead stands to gain more impact from critical chance and attack speed to abuse his potential range. This build will likely include a maxed W or Q first as the former makes trades easier if an opponent cannot play around his stance while the latter is more useful for waveclear. As a ranged-Bruiser he would benefit from building defensive options- particularly health as it will increase his survivability with his ultimate and allows him to stand and trade easier if he can take a few hits. A useful item would be the Black Cleaver as he can stack it almost immediately with his Q.
Appearance A tall, humanoid figure made of dark steel. His right arm is a heavy chaingun starting at the elbow, which he walks with pointed at the ground, when attacking he aims the gun forward and fires, ejecting shells from his arm as he does so. His left arm ends in a heavy gauntlet- upon toggling his W, he steadies his aim by putting his hand on the chaingun arm. At max stacks of the innate a red laser can be seen targeting the enemy champion when he auto-attacks them. His legs are gear-filled, and walk slowly, occasionally blasting out plumes of black smoke and flames.
