Stats Concept

Health: 570 (+85 per level) Attack Damage: 57 (+3 per level) Attack Speed: 0.65 (+3.3% per level) Movement Speed: 340 Health Regeneration: 8 (+1 per level) Armor: 27 (+4.7 per level) Magic Resist: 31 (+1.25 per level) Role: Support.

Abilities Concept

Passive: Cosmic Mark Whenever marking an enemy, they lose 50/75/100% of their bonus movement speed. Whenever marking an ally, shield them for 30/60/90 (+5% of maximum health) damage for the duration of that mark. Marks do not stack on each other, but refresh their duration. Q: Heightened Senses Active: Grants the targeted ally better vision, allowing them to see past and into brush within 400 units of them for 5 seconds. They can also ignore blocked vision from walls in 700/850/1000/1150/1300 unit radius~~ for the first second~~. W: Runic Blast Fires three marks forward, each stopping at the first champion targets hit applying the mark and tethering each other. The mark effect lasts 4 seconds, and the tethers break once it ends. If a marked target is more than 800 units of another marked target, the tether between the two breaks. If Sunkan basic attacks a marked enemy, the tethers break from the target, detonating to deal 40/60/80/100/120 (+15% ability power) (+4% of maximum health) (Multiplied by number of tethered on the target) magic damage to them. E: Ties of the Orderless Heart Sunkan blesses himself with a mark and target ally champion in 500 unit range. Sunkan begins hovering into the air, granting himself 10/15/20/25/30% (+5% of ability power) increased movement speed, ignoring slows, and moving over units for 6 seconds. After 3/2.5/2/1.5/1 seconds, he may launch toward an ally or enemy champion within 350 units. If he launches toward an ally, the ally will be healed for 130/145/160/175/190 (+10% of ability power) (+5% of maximum health) health. He also refreshes the duration of their marks. If he launches toward an enemy, he will strike them applying on-hit effects, dealing 45/60/75/90/105 (+40% of ability power) magic damage and applying a mark, creating a tether between them and his ally if possible, also refreshing the duration of their mark. Launching always ends Sunkans bonus movement effects early. R: Disrupt Power Passive: Sunkan can detect great dark energy that forms from intense evil. When an enemy moves more than 550 units in a second, Disrupt Power can be activated if not on cooldown. Marked allies gain 20/30/40% movement speed when moving towards other marked targets. This bonus movement speed does not stack. Active: All detected enemies are immediately interrupted and stunned in place, staying stunned as long as channels up to a maximum of 2/2.5/3 seconds. Reactivating Disrupt Power will end the channeled stun, as well as deal 50/100/150 magic damage to every enemy in 1000 unit radius of Sunkan. Enemies in radius additionally lose 1 Magic Resist per 50 units they move or dash until after reactivation of Disrupt Power. While Disrupt Power is channeling, all stunned enemies and marked targets become tethered, and the tethers are detonated at the end of Disrupt Power. While channeling, Sunkan can move but he cannot otherwise interact. Sunkans bonus movement is only 30% effective while channeling, and he can target enemy champions he stunned with Disrupt Power. When targeting these particular enemy champions, instead of attacking he will push them away 300 units.

Lore Concept

Sunkan had lived with the monks, trying to be like them his whole life. He tried to focus, and use things such as telekinesis, but to no avail. The only times he could get things to work was when he was forceful. This was not the way he was taught, and the elders warned him he would never master the energy if he could not maintain spiritual balance. He could not find motivation from anything every other monk found motivation from. One day he was banished for repeated failure. He spent time wandering, wondering how he would live on in such shame. It was this very journey away, that he lost all attachment to his past, and he fell into routines to survive. He felt great strength surge through him, having lost all obligations and ties to his tribe. He began learning, and mastering the energy. He decided to come back, and tell the elders, show them. But of course, that tie he felt that had gone was not only personal, it was spiritual. The elders had been slaughtered, and his tribe was gone. Many houses had been intact, and he continues on tracking the trail of those who have done this.

Just on the Lore alone, being a monk, it doesn't feel like he has his own unique place in league. You can literally dub him a psychic/support version of Lee. Also, his description: "the not so calm monk" doesn't sound very nice and could use a little more creativity.

On his abilities, they're all pretty interesting. Seems like his kit centers around marking targets and tethering them.

My biggest grip is his Q. Useful utility, but outside of that its completely useless. His Q could be changed into a passive and it wouldn't make a difference. Needs to be changed into something more interactive and useful in more situations while still fitting his identity.

Everything else seems like you tried to make it mechanically complex. It could use some polishing and rethinking. Not every ability has to have a whole paragraph for its description. Also, the ability names could use some work too. For example, I don't see how his E: Ties of the Orderless Heart, relates to floating in the air and launching your body at something. All in all everything needs a bit more clarity.

You've got a good idea here. My criticism just lies in the bulk of it, particularly his identity. Riot cares a lot about that. Is he a support? If so, then what kind of support? Big beefy tank guy with a good heart that protects allies? celestial healer but squishy? On the surface he seems to me a vanguard-ish healer support. Idk, I'm no expert on this, but in the end I would just suggest more polishing. Good job!

This is actually the coolest concept i've read on here, i can imagine exactly how a team fight would work with him.

Some things i would suggest for change:

Q- Maybe add a passive on top of the active, so it's similar to quinns W. Maybe something like a small stat buff.

W- Sounds good.

E- Also sounds good.

R- 550 units seems like a lot, and i don't think the stun effect of the ultimate will be very useful most of the time. I think changing the stun condition from "moving 550 units in a second" to "uses a dash or leap" would be more useful. It would be like an extremely awesome poppy W
