His weapon would be an ethernet cable At 2.0 attack speed and above he would glitch out with you hearing the noises of his auto attacks but he would appear to just be sitting there Taunt would be "Imagine if I had real ping" ultimate visual effects would be bytes flying off the enemy, the active portion would cause him to lose all of the lagging particle effects and he would say "This is how my ping should be" His W would make him say "drop hacks" as he strikes his opponent His walk would make him look like he was stutter stepping His Q would cause him to freeze mid air half way, and then appear next to his target when he normally would land His Counter attack would cause him to hold his ethernet cable in the air but not spin because hes lagging out When he recalls he would say "Gotta check my router", or "I hope I dont lag out" When he dies he would say "if only my ping matched my skills"
