Is there anyway to still get one of the Samsung skins?
Is there a website selling them or is there still a way to purchase them from Riot?
Want Rengar in case that matter. Also if you can't get it right now, when will i be able to get it?

The team skins and championship skins generally become available during significant E-Sports events. So, like, maybe around worlds.

These are legacy skins, which means they're not always available. You cannot currently get them, but they'll be available again, as Crewx mentioned, usually around big e-sports events.
