Ok, first of all, the shrines look nice.

But come on.

On the basic skin, the change between partly charged and fully charged is nearly unnoticeable, and it doesn't make a lot of sense for elderwood bard to be a required purchase so that your team doesn't get confused over which shrines are ready.

Not asking for much, just a ring around them until they are ready (think Udyr E marker).
