Wired Gamemode

Think of this: A game mode where everyone had a champ chosen at random, everyone was the same champ, Xerath somtimes spawns at dragon pit killing it would give you the asuncion buff, Vilemaw sometimes spawns at Baron pit, Your skill points were distributed randomly (If you were lucky you could have a maxed Karthus ult at level three), Attack range for basic attacks and spells were doubled, There were relics hidden around the map that spawned ultra minions in a random lane, there are six people on a team, peoples F key are replaced with poro toss, 10 hits would summon the poro king in the lane where the last poro was hit, also everyone has the Urf buff.

What champs would be the most broken in this mode?
