Champ select timer needs a buffer for last picks

Like i was last pick and I was debating with my freind who to go and as i hit lock in the timer dropped and we got kicked.

yeah but if your like last pick you're waiting till everyone picks before you pick so that u make the most informed decision, some people need more than 15 seconds to do that.

Nah. I think we already have too much time to choose Champs tbh, I think the time should be lowered a bit honestly. You have plenty of time to think about who you want to play while all the others are choosing

I don't think the time should be lowered, but I don't see a reason to increase the time either. If it was lowered then the above would happen more and if someone were to pick something that directly counters what you would've went then you'd have way too little time to pick something else. If you want to use shorter time, just lock in, but a lot of people actually need the few seconds that are actually there.
