a repost, because i cant decided on the title ... this will probablly be the last repost ... the old post has been deleted ... also a few aspects of the champion has been edited ...

disclaimer: i do not have a knowledge of balancing champions or items, so the numbers may need a lot of adjustment before possibly being implemented

That out of the way, out of the 120+ champions there is very few female characters, immobile champions, and adcs. This is using an idea i had for a champion ages ago to try and help fix that. Introducing Vinra, The Arcane Archer

Range: 575 Explanation: I wanted to make her a friendly rival to Varus, and that is my only reason, if that is too much a normal 550 is perfectly fine with me

Passive- Enchanted Arrows: Vinra gains 1 ap for every 10 ad Explanation: just something i thought would be cool, however it does help with some of her abilities

Q- Arrows of Speed: (cost 20 mana at all ranks, 1 second at all ranks) When Auto Attacking (AA if you are not familiar to the term) one target consecutively Vinra gains stacks of this passive giving her bonus AS. As long as there is one stack, Vinra's AAs deal a bonus 10/20/30/40/50 + 20%ap magic damage. This passive maxes out at 5 stacks. Explanation: Most of these abilities will be similar to Udyr in the sense that they all have a passive that can only be used one at a time, however i assure you there are some that have abilities attached to it. Anyway some AS just seems to make sense on an archer, and the magic damage is there to further tell that she uses enchanted arrows. ... idk why i didn't put a max before, i guess i assumed it was a given ...

W- Arrows of Prey: (cost 20/25/30/35/40 mana, cd 6 second at all ranks) On activation Vinra fires an arrow blindly. This arrow is a single target ability that deals 10/15/20/25/30 +100% ad +20% ap stuns and gives vision of target for 1 second (both vision and stun are 1 second long). A target stunned by this ability cannot be stunned again for a minute. If Vinra can stun a target with this ability, then Vinra's AAs slow for 20% for 1 second, and on the third AA it stuns instead. While in this passive Vinra's AAs deal a bonus 10/15/20/25/30 +20% ap magic damage. Explanation: This makes Vinra a nice pick for pick comps. It also continues with Vinra's theme without stealing what makes other champions unique. This also gives her some utility that she very much needs.

E- Arrows of Sting: (cost 10/15/20/30/35 mana per AA, cd 4 seconds at all ranks) Vinra uses a magical poison dealing 15/30/45/60/75 +100% ap magic damage over 4 seconds. This does not stack with itself, but instead resets every time this passive is applied Explanation: This is here to not only give Vinra more damage, but to make it harder to itemize against her. It makes her early and late game much stronger, while making the mid game easier to get through. However her mid game is still weak as she doesn't have very many abilities, and relies on AAs and items for damage. ... i guess i assumed that this passive didn't stack was also a given ...

R- Arrows of Death: (cost 25% of max mana at all ranks, cd 200/180/160 seconds) Vinra fires a deadly arrow dealing 100/200/300 +100% ad +100% ap +10% of the targets max health as magic damage. This single target ability has global range, but does not have on hit effects. While using this passive Vinra's AAs deal a bonus 100% ap magic damage on hit. Explanation: This not only gives Vinra a lot of extra damage, but allows her to be a threat throughout most of the game. If you couldn't see it in the other abilities, this makes Vinra a very late game champion, that would probably have a curve similar to tristanna, strong in the early and late game, but weak in the mid game. And if it wasn't obvious, this champion takes inspiration from the arcane archer class in D&D. Itemization might be strange or hard to figure out, but who doesn't like something that give a little more verity to the game?

Lore: When Vinra was almost done training as an archer in ionia, she and everyone else realized she had a strange gift for magic. Wanting to learn this gift by herself, she left to practice this strange magic, along with her archery, in the wild. It took her years, but she finally mastered the two, and headed back to ionia, only to find them weakened by an invasion from noxus. She immediately went to the elders, needing to know what happened, but they shut her out saying they don't want a warrior who can't help them when they need it. Heartbroken, Vinra set out in search of anything where her talents could be of use. This is when she stumbled upon the League of Legends. (sorry you guys cannot convince me that summoners and the institute of war are no longer a thing)

Friends: Yasuo Varus Friendly Rival: Varus

Special interactions: Yasuo: -upon first seeing him "Whoa, you were exiled? What happened?" -taunts: 1)"Can exiles still be friends, Yasuo?" 2)"Heh, exiled, I told you we had more in common than you think." 3)"Heh, you were always glued to that sword" -jokes: 1)"Who's friends to only the wind, and has luxurious locks?" 2)"Face the wind? ... Ewww! Gross!" 3)"You can hold your drink? No, your sword holds the drink, cuz you are to busy playing with it."

Varus: -upon first seeing him "Whoa, What happened to you Varus?" -taunts: 1)"Varus, why don't we hit up the archery range, like the good old days?" 2)"I've improved since we last meet, so why don't we hit up the archery range and see who's better now?" 3)"Hey look, we're both magical archers now!" 4)"Hey, Exile isn't all that bad ... you wanna get a drink after this?" -jokes: 1)"Why are you always dancing with your bow?" 2)"You're not yourself when you're hungry" 3)"Loosen up, you're no fun when you're all tightly wound up like that!" 4)"Ugh, I need to get a drink with you after this ..."

... well that's all, any thoughts?
