disclaimer: this is not gonna talk about runeglaive instead will be talking about a more versatile ap jungle item, for all intents and purposes names of items and passives are irrelevant, non of the passives are set in stone and are instead options to do what most of the ap junglers need, i do not know the cost effectiveness of everything right now so the numbers may need a lot of adjustment before possibly being implemented
with that out of the way here is the sorcerer enchantment: -build path: <tier 2 jungle item> + fiendish codex -80 ap -250 mana -20% cdr possible passives: -spell seeds: you gain one stack of this passive per spell cast, each stack will regen 1% and 2% of your missing hp and mp respectively per second, maxes at 3 stacks -arcane penetration: you gain one stack of this passive per spell cast, each stack will give you 5% penetration, maxes at 3 stacks -arch burst: after four spell casts, your next single target damaging spell will deal 1% of that damage to all around them
