Ranged psychic champion that doesn't use projectiles?

We already have ranged champions that don't use projectiles

and we don't really have a psychic champion yet. I think the closest thing is but I'd definitely like to see a true psychic champion with abilities related to telekinesis, telepathy, clairvoyance, emphatic healing, aura reading, precognition etc.

Thoughts?
