Timestamps for Control + Click Cooldown Pings

Hey everyone.

I love the ability to control + click abilities, summoner spells, items, etc to communicate with my teammates. This includes being able to communicate the cooldown left on your own ult or your Zhonya's etc. However, I think that adding a time-stamp to each cooldown ping would be fantastic. For example, when I press tab and control click the enemy Jhin's flash to alert our team (usually the Jungler) that Jhin used his flash, it would be awesome if a time-stamp was automatically added to the chat message.

So, in the chat it would read:

Chloe Miller (Poppy); Jhin Flash 10:41
