Cannot Purchase Hextech Mystery Champion Shards

Hello, everyone!
I am attempting to purchase a Hextech Mystery Champion Shard with 1700 IP. I currently have 1704 IP, but upon selecting the Hextech Mystery Champion Shard, the "1700 IP" purchasing option is grayed out as though I have an insufficient amount. I can, however, purchase the item with RP, but I do not want to do that.
