Scrow [Extreme-Range Mage Concept]
Scrow is the only long-range mage in the game capable of delivering consistent damage and specialty effects from 3000 range. His HP and resistances however, are so low that even a support champion might outduel him in a battle up close.
HP: 300 – 1065 Armor: 3 – 39 Magic Resist: 25
Shining Arrow (Q): Scrow shoots a homing arrow of light at a target within 3000 range. The arrow reveals the surrounding area as it travels and deals 80/120/160/200/240 + 0.6 AP magic damage to the first unit it encounters while traveling. Champion takedowns reset this ability’s cooldown. 10 second cooldown.
Spears of Judgment (W): Scrow freezes any traveling Shining Arrows and transforms them into a dozen spears of light, which then rain down in the 400-radius area after a brief delay, dealing 150/225/300/375/450 + 0.85 AP magic damage to all enemies struck and stunning them for 0.5 seconds. 25 second cooldown.
Heavenly Chains (E): Chains from all directions spring forth to bind a target within 600 range or any stunned target within 3000 range. The target is then slowed for 2 seconds. If they wander further than 600 units from their initial location, they’re dealt 50/100/150/200/250 + 0.5 AP magic damage and instantly rooted for 1.5 seconds. 15 second cooldown.
Brilliant Battlefield (R): Instantly surrounds a single enemy champion anywhere on the map with swords of light that fall from the sky, forming a 600-radius ring around the target for 3 seconds. Enemies that dare touch the perimeter of swords are burned for an absolutely massive 600/900/1200 + 3.0 AP magic damage over 5 seconds. 180/160/140 second cooldown.
