Is this skin only for the duration of the event or permanent and if it is will it still stay at the price of 750rp? Quinn

Got Quinn as my mystery champ from Riot pool party. Underpowered but I love her so much, she's my favorite ADC and so fun to play. I will probably buy this skin day one depending on how good it actually looks in game, especially if it comes with some much-needed Quinn buffs.

I lol'd at how non-existent Quinn is on her splash.

I mean they had to scale her loading portrait like twice the size.
