Here's my advice to you. (Twice a Day, One in the Morning, One in the Afternoon) Just request PBE Access. I got mine within a month when I heard about the PBE Client. Best of luck buddy. My birthday was in this month as well. [slayer-jinx-catface]

Edit: Thanks for all the upvotes guys. Due to that, Riot has granted me PBE and Alpha Client access. Kappa XD thanks for the birthday wishes ;P

As someone who has made 2 of these ever(both yesterday) and I got the Alpha client about an hour ago, I don't know if making this will help ou get either but I wish you the best of luck with it :D.
