Kuwei the Ancient Idol (Kumungu champion concept)

This champion would be from whatever lost civilization resided in the kumungu jungle during runeterras earliest days, similar to galio and blitzcrank it was a creation of the native peoples who lived in the jungle, possibly to protect them or possibly for war against other civilizations of that ancient time. Unearthed by Ezreal during an expedition into the jungles and brought back to piltover it either reactivated on its own or was reactivated by heimerdinger or jayce as they tried to figure out how it was created.

this champion has a unique flaw, it is unable to gain movement speed or attack speed (these stats are fixed and cannot be raised) however it gains a considerable benefit from these flaws

Passive: Primordial Protection: due to its unusual construction Kuwei cannot gain additional movement or attack speed, however the magics that bind it's form also prevent it from lesser forms of disabling effects. Kuwei cannot be slowed or displaced (other forms of crowed control such as stuns and roots affect it normally)

Q Primal Hexshard: Kuwei can channel its core energies into a blast similar to those from the sentinel turrets in the fields of justice, these blasts drain 5/10/15/20/25% of Kuweis max hp and deal 200% of the drain as damage to the target. (either physical or magical damage adaptive to the lesser of the opponents resistances)

W Ancient Barrier: Kuwei can shield an ally or turret for 5 seconds by using itself as a living barrier for its target, upon activation kuwei forms itself into a protective barrier around the target and moves with them for the duration (using their movement speed as its own as if they were a single unit.) and takes damage instead of the target ally or turret. (essentially they become invulnerable but can move and attack for the duration of the ability)

E Impact Blows (passive ability): Kuweis attacks strike with such force that they disrupt its enemies movements, each blow having a greater effect than the last, 1st blow target is slowed by 50% for .5 seconds, 2nd blow, target knocked airborne for .5 seconds, 3rd blow target stunned, 4th blow target launched in a straight line (the distance of a blitz pull), impact with a solid surface or another champion stuns them (both of them if its another champion) and slows them by 90% decaying over 3 seconds

R Ancients Wrath: Kuwei channels and selects an area of the map, the selected area (for ease of use the area's are split into the three lanes and the two halves of the jungle for SR or two lanes and jungle for TT or the bridge for HA) is engulfed in a violent magical storm that drains all of Kuwei's mana upon cast, and damages all enemies in the area while silencing all units in the area (allies and enemies) spells, buffs, and debuffs (expect silence) are cleansed from all those effected while they remain in the area, the duration is 10/20/30 seconds and the damage is 700/900/1100 damage plus 75% of the targets maximum mana (manaless targets are treated as having mana equal to 50% of their max hp), during the abilities effect Kuwei cannot recover mana and any mana gained (from potions or items) is immediately drained until the duration expires.
