This is mainly for people who regularly play blitzcrank, has anyone noticed that out of 90% of champions he has the highest mana cost on a single non ultimate ability in the game with his Q costing 100 mana albeit at all ranks, just wondering since both nautilus and thresh with similar abilities have a more mana efficient pull or "hook" with 70 and 80 respectively

well considering a decent blitz is building support items and not AP i fail to see how the AP ratio is relevant
DemonBoneJangles1 votesbasically I'm just asking if compared to his counterparts (thresh and nautilus) does the 100 mana at lv1 seem a bit much, overall his kit is fine, I just hate the fact that depending on the matchup and enemy summoner spells even a decent blitz will run out of mana faster at lv 1 than either thresh or nautilus

I know many people who don't play blitz as support, s saying a decent blitz only builds support is incorrect. Fuck I've even seen people play ad blitz cus of his e. Fact is his abilities cost a lot because they CAN do a lot. You ever heard people say that they have dodged blitz hooks all game... And then ONE blitz q hits? I know I have.

dude your bronze 4... you can build ADC 
if you wanted to and win at that elo.
and i say any decent blitz build supports its because any DECENT blitz builds support.. the people you meet in bronze 4 and 5 are a long way from decent... trust me if you even tried that kind of crap build even in as low as in bronze 2 you would get destroyed.. let alone silver or above

Some high elo players will go Blitz but not build support.
And support isn't the only role Blitz goes....some do jungle while others go top lane Blitz..
Support just happens to be his primary role.

and they reason they DON'T pick that in ranked is because it DOESN'T WORK.
sure if you wanna troll in unranked you can do any build you want and if your opponents suck enough.. you will still win... but you don't take those into account when balancing a champion

sigh the elo rankings. Not like it matters, but I joined a friend's team as a back up they scored me this rank. Not like that shit matters anyway cus you elo fanatics dont give two shits.

Blitz can straight pull you into a turret then knock you up making it worse...and if he gets an iceborn your also slowed...
Blitz's hook deserves more manna cause it's more brutal than the other two. Which is why you see more blitz bans than naut or thresh...IMO naut should be higher on bans cause of his W that shield turns him into super tank lol.

that is a manner of speaking... ez can shift out of blitz pull even after it lands (as long as he is in the casting animation b4 it hits) and trist can rocket jump out during the rocket jump channel if she hasnt left the ground.
thresh's hook wont let that happen. so by that argument THEY should cost more.
