I think we can speculate the first 2 skins are defiantly what people think- Kat and Ekko . But what people don't seem realize is Ashe is way to slow to be a project skin. What do all the project skins have in common. Well I can name one- Its called a dash. Now who else uses a bow, and is known as THE PODIGAL EXPLORER.

Also, I think the Project skins are way to similar to Pulsefire's style, and Riot has stated that they wanted to avoid giving a champion two skins with similar designs and themes.
Or you could listen to the voice lines, realize that they sound like Ashe, or see that one of them is an exact one of Ashe's voice lines, or go look up how the accidentally released project Ashe and Katarina shirts on the merch store way too early, so that we already know that Ashe is one of them.
Ashe is named after the co-founders wife. And if they were willing to break the "heartseeker=archer" rule, then they will break the "project=dash" rule (never heard of that one before. Also Yi doesn't have a dash)
