Katarina Ultimate Skin and Ryze Ultimate Skin

I really think Katarina and Ryze should be getting ultimate skins. They were the main image for league since it started. I remember seeing Ryze and Katarina all the time when something about league came up. They are both really old champs as well and have represented the game for so long. Ryze especially since he's seen so many changes and I feel like he deserves the skin.
