Please fix Katarina Shunpo

If anyone wants to say anything about this feel free to join in, just keep it positive if you can. So I really have an issue with Katarina's Shunpo. There is a cast time that screws you over and it has no purpose. Her daggers and the drop times are enough counterplay and the delay isn't to big to actually abuse it against her.

This ends up leading to strange interactions such as blitz not hooking, or going through Vayne condemn and Tristana's ult. Even as Katarina when you shunpo, but end up getting hit by a yasuo tornado, or in the rarest of cases when they flash your shunpo damage and leave you in your spot. It was really weird too, since I was close, but somehow the damage didn't go through and I couldn't move for 1 sec, then died to tower. Unfortunate, but I know the reason was the delay on her shunpo. It's not even a buff, since its not increasing any damage or reducing the cooldown on it. Just some changes that would make playing her more smoother and more fun.

Please riot, ever since her rework she has been hit with direct nerfs and more recently indirect nerfs with the electrocute and sudden impact nerfs. Personally, I didn't really like the rework, I feel like she lost her identity as an assassin and became more of ap bruiser. I don't have problems with the current one, but I feel like she has too many delays imo. She was good after the rework, but was too op at first. I don't mind the base damage nerfs on her passive, but please get rid of the delay on her shunpo.
